crePus Infinis was born from a deep conviction and a life-changing personal experience. After suffering significant damage from chemical hair products—the effects of which I still bear today—I decided to create a healthy, natural alternative. Out of love for my daughter and to protect others from going through the same ordeal, I founded crePus Infinis.

Our approach is unique: we grow the majority of the plants and flowers used in our formulations ourselves, directly in our large courtyard. This allows us to control the quality of each ingredient and guarantee 100% natural and organic skincare.

Our products are specially designed for kinky and Afro hair, because it's our heritage, our pride. We intimately understand the needs of these beautiful textures. However, the richness of our natural formulas allows all hair types to benefit from their properties.

Return Policy

At crePus Infinis, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return policy carefully before submitting a request.

1. Return Period

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to initiate a return request.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In its original, undamaged packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Important: For hygiene reasons, opened or used hair products are not accepted for return.

3. Refunds

We only offer refunds — no exchanges are available. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • crePus Infinis Error (incorrect, defective, or damaged product): Return shipping costs are fully covered by us.
  • Customer Change of Mind: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. How to Initiate a Return
